Founder & CEO
Allison Weaver
Allison Weaver is passionate about communication and well-heard ideas. As a global citizen, she brings a broadened perspective to the stories that Alma tells and a strong background in leadership and production.
Professionally, Allison started as a stagehand and eventually moved into sound engineering. From there, she worked up the ranks to focus on production management and producing. A few highlights have included productions with The City of Philadelphia, Teatro Municipal de Cuzco, Temple University Performing Arts Center, Belmond Hotel Monasterio, Colca, North Bund (Sinar Mas Plaza), Voltage Lounge, Music Makes Me Happy, and others. Her years of experience in various countries and educational background also inform her consulting in global leadership, technology, and cross-cultural communications in business and education.

Romel Dias
An award-winning filmmaker from India, Romel has over 20+ years of experience in the commercial and advertising space. With a background in classical and digital animation, Romel has straddled all forms of media and platforms.
Romel is based in Mumbai, India and has worked on numerous ad films, short films, and VFX for mainstream Bollywood films and commercial ad films.
Some of his noted works include multi award winning short films – Raju & I (30 min; winner of 15 international awards) and Maa-aa (28min; winner of 5 international awards) – a multi award winning music video and one Cannes Silver Lion winning TVC (Happydent). Romel’s roles have included actual conceptual work and animation at the start of his career to supervision and production for the last 10-12 years.
Stylist/Art Director
Deeti Mehta
Deeti is a professional fashion director and costume stylist based in Mumbai. She considers herself an artist, translating emotions and visions into reality, through her own personal language of art and costume.
Deeti has studied Fashion, Visual Media, and Styling from CondéNast College of Fashion & Design, London. She started working as an assistant stylist in fashion shoots, video productions, commercials, and music videos. Soon, Deeti realized that she wanted to expand her visual translation of stories and concepts, hence started assisting in art direction.
To date, Deeti has styled and art-directed a variety of projects. Thanks to her versatile sense of style and pulsing fantasy, she has worked in the U.K, Central Asia, and India.
